With a degree in Communication Design from Texas Tech University, Monty began his professional career at JCPenney in 2016 as a part of the in-store graphics and store environment team. He loves a good challenge and prides himself on the ability to adapt to whatever comes his way — a mindset Monty carries into all aspects of his work. While Monty may be a quiet guy until you get to know him, one thing is for certain; his revolving sneaker collection is sure to spark a conversation.
